CEO & Founder
She is licensed lawyer with the Malaga Bar Association, and a native of Marbella. Growing up in a multicultural environment, she developed a deep understanding of expatriate needs.
Her career began at the Spanish Embassy in London, assisting expatriates with legal and bureaucratic challenges. This experience shaped her vision to simplify legal processes for those relocating to Spain.
Carlos Marco Liuzzi
CoFounder & CCO
He is a licensed lawyer with the Capital Federal Bar Association in Buenos Aires. His background in corporate law, international relations, and technology-driven solutions allows him to merge legal expertise with innovation.
As an expatriate himself, he understands the challenges of relocation. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, he has helped clients navigate legal, business, and investment opportunities in Spain.
Daniel Carballo
Lawyer and Tax Advisor
With a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Seville. His expertise spans tax optimization, corporate law, and financial strategy.
As a certified economist and practicing lawyer registered with the Malaga Bar Association, he has guided businesses and individuals through corporate formation, financial structuring, and regulatory compliance. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, he simplifies complex tax and legal matters for international clients.
