grant the same rights and they belong to different administrative areas.<\/p><p>In this article, we explain what each one is, what it is actually used for and how they relate to each other, with \/>\u00a0For example, a person can buy a property in Spain without being a resident, using only their NIE, as it functions solely as a tax identification data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">EU citizens:\n\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
