  • To provide the services offered through the Website, namely, intermediary services aimed at expatriates wishing to move to Spain, providing support with residence, legal and tax procedures, as well as housing searches and family adaptation.
  • To create a personal account on our Website.
  • To manage, process, and respond to requests, enquiries, incidents, or questions from the User.
  • To receive, by post, telephone, email, SMS/MMS, or other equivalent electronic means of communication, commercial communications or information about HOLAEXPAT’s products and services.

The User guarantees the accuracy of the personal data provided and undertakes to notify HOLAEXPAT of any changes thereto. In any event, the User shall be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, and HOLAEXPAT reserves the right to exclude from the services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other legal actions that may be applicable.

Users are advised to protect their data with the utmost diligence by using appropriate security tools. HOLAEXPAT shall not be liable for any theft, unlawful alteration, or loss of data.

The protection of Users’ privacy and personal data is very important to HOLAEXPAT. Therefore, HOLAEXPAT makes every effort to prevent User data from being used improperly. Only authorised personnel have access to User data.

The User’s personal data shall be retained for as long as it remains in HOLAEXPAT’s database for the purposes for which it was collected, provided that the User has not withdrawn their consent by requesting the deletion of their account or the deletion of certain personal data from the Website. The communication addressed to HOLAEXPAT must contain the following information:

  • The specific request being made.

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or judicial action, the User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with the applicable regulations, or if they have not received satisfactory resolution in the exercise of their rights. The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.
